Booking Conditions
Availability of Holidays: The proposed
holidays are scheduled to take place for a minimum of 30 people. Should
the group size be less than the minimum the Company reserves the right to
cancel the holiday. Most of our hotels require a confirmed booking of rooms by
the 1st march , so if you are thinking about any of the holidays, please get
in touch as soon as possible especially if you require a Single room as these
are limited.
Deposit: An initial deposit of £50 per
person (which will be non-returnable should you have to cancel, a full return
will be given if the Company has to cancel the holiday due to insufficient
numbers) will be due within 14 days of booking your place. The remaining
balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday,
unless an agreement has been arranged with the Company.
Prepayment Invoice: We will send you the
final invoice detailing the amount already paid and outstanding balance 2 weeks
prior to the date by which the final payment should be made.
Cancellations: Should any client(s)
cancel, the following amounts, shown as a percentage of the holiday price will
be charged as a cancellation fee:

Rooming Lists and Costs: The majority of
hotels being used do not cater for the individual traveller as such. Therefore
the holidays where there are differences in price between T/D-Twin Double and
S-Single Room the hotel have charged a single supplement. Please indicate which
type of room you require when you book, and indicate whether or not you have any
special requirements.
Tour Prices : The prices of the tours are
all set and will not change. The tour priced includes a selection of day tours.
It does not however, include entrance fees to places of interest should they
arise. The price also includes service charges for the hotels
